In accordance with FAA Order 7420.1 (Certified Pilot School Practice area), a designated practice area was agreed to by FSDO- 17, local certified pilot schools, and Palm Beach Tower.  The description of the exact area is as follows:

    Beginning at the intersection of Military Trail and Boynton Beach boulevard, thence south to Atlantic Avenue, thence west to the Loxahatchee Wildlife Refuge, thence North to Willis Gliderport, thence east southeast to Military Trail remaining clear of the Palm Beach Airport Class C airspace from the surface to 2500 feet.
