    Subject: INFORMATION: Bidding for Assignment to the Basic Watch Schedule

    The bidding process for ROO's and shift assignments for 2007 has begun. Attached is the list of available ROO's along with the shift rotations. As you can see there is very little change from what we've done in the past. Please start thinking about what you may want so we can keep the process moving along as quickly as possible. Once notified directly, you will have four (4) hours to contact me with your selection or you will be skipped over.

    Day shifts (D) are defined as "6"(0630-1430) and "8'(0800-1600).

    Middle shift is "12"(1200-2000) may flex one hour prior.

    Evening shifts (E) are defined as "14"(1400-2200), "15"(1530-2330) and "16"(1600-

    2400) For Saturday.

    Mid shifts (M) are defined as "23"(2300-0700) and "24"(0000-0800) for Sunday

    37 CPC's will bid ROO and shift assignment.

    The seven crews and rotations are depicted in attachments one and two.

    ROO's will change (Except E) on or about July 8, 2007 (PP16).

    Mid shifts will be distributed between 2-2-1 and day shift rotations.

    Evening shift rotations may be assigned middle or day shifts on the last day of their week.

    Day shift rotations may be assigned evening or middle shifts on the first day of their week.

    2-2-1 rotations may be assigned a middle or evening shift on the third day of their week.

    CPC's in training may be assigned ROO's and shift rotation assignments that will align them with their current training teams.
