2007 Vacation Annual Leave

 Subject:  Vacation Annual Leave (Round Six))

 Round six bidding begins on December 6, 2006 for employees who have annual leave available as outlined in Article 24 and who wish to continue bidding.

 Each employee has been scheduled a date and time slot. It is your responsibility to contact me during your assigned time slot.  If your selection is not made during this time, you will be skipped over, and the bidding shall continue.  Once an employee fails to bid a round, he/she is ineligible to bid in subsequent rounds.  Subsequent rounds will continue until all available leave slots are taken or until employees no longer wish to bid.   Attached is a copy of Article 24 with the pertinent sections along with the round six bidding schedule. 

 Schedules for future rounds will be posted in the R&I at the end of the previous round.  If you are on Leave during that timeframe check the NATCA Website or contact me for the information.  The bidding will continue regardless of anyone’s leave status when the future round is posted.
