International Tower/Approach Air Traffic User Survey
The National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA) Local at Palm Beach International Tower and Approach Control is soliciting pilot feedback in an effort to improve our service and procedures. This is not an FAA sanctioned survey or program. Rather it’s an informal way for us to gather feedback from the users to better our procedures and improve the quality of the product we provide to you. Our web site http://pbi.natca.net was a way for us to improve communication and now with this survey hopefully a way to generate two-way dialogue. We have several contacts listed on our web site under the Local Pilots section and will make every attempt to respond when requested, to your comments. In addition to this survey please feel free to email or call our liaisons for additional comments or questions. If you do not want to include personal information that is Ok, our goal is to improve the service and quality of product we provide.
